- Responsible for all Customer File Maintenance, maintaining customer account files, department reporting and providing administrative support to the Credit Department.
- Analyze current credit data of individuals or companies to determine degree of risk involved in extending credit.
- Once credit is extended, monitor all assigned accounts for prompt payment.
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum of 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience with emphasis on Collections.
- Must be able to analyze data and draw logical conclusions and recommendations for the data.
- Quick and accurate 10-key skills.
- Proficient computer skills with emphasis on Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Must work well with other departments.
- Enthusiastic team player interested in positive company.
